Mgr. Elena Gallová Kriglerová

She studied sociology at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2005, she helped establish the Centre for the Research of Ethnicity and Culture, where she has served as director since 2012. Her main areas of interest include cultural integration, minority participation and interethnic relations. She is currently also actively involved in cooperation with local governments on the development of local integration policies, education in the field of intercultural communication and mapping the needs of vulnerable groups. She has carried out several research projects focusing on the situation of Roma and migrants in Slovakia. She is the author and co-author of numerous publications on these topics.
