Scientific Council
The Scientific Council of Bratislava City Museum is an advisory body in the field of scientific and research activities. It brings together experts from history, archaeology, anthropology, sociology, museology and other disciplines, offering different perspectives on Bratislava, its past and present.
The Council acts as an expert partner to the museum in reviewing its research direction. It comments on the research programme and its results, assesses research outputs, and provides expert opinions and recommendations on conceptual issues related to the museum’s professional and research activities. In this way, the Scientific Council supports Bratislava City Museum in developing its role as a research, educational and documentation institution.
