Ing. Zuzana Homolová

In her role, she draws on her many years of experience with internal processes and legislation governing local government and its organizations, particularly in the areas of financial management and budgeting, human resources, internal operations, records management, and event planning. During her career, she has also served as a financial manager on several projects. She gained significant experience as an analyst evaluating the performance of organizations within the capital city of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava.

Since joining the company in February 2025, she has been focused on improving and streamlining internal processes, implementing new procedures and information systems with the goal of simplifying and accelerating workflows, increasing the transparency of outputs, and ensuring comprehensive data recording in the financial system and for concluded contracts.

Implementing these changes is a gradual, multi-year process that requires the involvement of both management and the entire team. Closely related to this is the updating of internal guidelines and other MMB documents in accordance with current legislation. Another important aspect of process improvement is the proper configuration of document archiving and digitization across individual organizational units, as well as the management of electronic records with a view to their long-term retention.
