Mgr.Ľubica Kollárová,, PhD.

Mgr. Ľubica Kollárová, PhD, works as an independent researcher in the Research Department of the Bratislava City Museum. She is a co-author of the museum’s Scientific Strategy and serves as Secretary of the Bratislava City Museum’s Scientific Council. Her research focuses on anthropological approaches to the study of the city, and she develops and conducts interdisciplinary research projects centred on the Bratislava microregion.

She previously spent a year in New Zealand, researching Māori cultural identity and language revitalisation. She has worked at the Department of Ethnology and Non-European Studies at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava and as an external lecturer at the Department of Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava.

She has also gained experience in both the cultural and commercial sectors, working as a curator, project manager, coordinator, and analyst.
