Mgr. Marcela Kvetková

She has been working at the Bratislava City Museum since March 2023 as a project manager and deputy director. She focuses on the preparation, management, and implementation of strategic and international projects, the creation of conceptual materials, as well as activities aimed at education, team development, and improving the museum’s operations.

She studied art and cultural history at the University of Trnava and has long been dedicated to meaningfully presenting museum and gallery content to the public. She has worked at the Slovak National Museum, the Foundation—Center for Contemporary Art, the Ján Koniarek Gallery, and the Slovak National Gallery, where she headed the Department of Gallery Education and later developed program curation, methodological frameworks, and digital educational projects. From 2015 to 2020, she directed the Cultural Center in Modra.

In her work, she combines her experience in cultural management, education, strategic planning, and the development of cultural institutions.
