Michael's Tower

What might a walled town have looked like? And what did medieval Bratislava have to offer and what was it like? St Michael’s Tower was one of the city’s entrance gates. Together with the pupils, we will explore why towns needed walls, how they were built and how they functioned. We’ll explain the role of St Michael’s Tower, and then we’ll build our own walled town.
